15% for digital management, 20% for turnkey management. Nothing else: everything else is available à la carte.
Digital Pack

No on-site work included: cleaning, laundry, arrivals and departures, keys, property checks and technical interventions stay with you or can be ordered à la carte. Full listing creation is not included.
Turnkey Pack

The commission covers the coordination of cleaning and laundry, not their cost.
Commission calculated on the gross accommodation amount, excluding additional fees. Platform fees, tourist tax, cleaning, laundry, consumables, deposits, refunds, specific purchases and additional services remain independent of the commission.
Cleaning and laundry costs are independent of the management commission. They are calculated based on the property's characteristics and can be added to the stay fees so that they are borne by the guest.
À la carte services
These are not management packages: each service can be ordered on its own, without a pack, or alongside a pack, and is billed only when actually requested.
Cleaning
- Turnover cleaning — €25 excl. tax / hour
- The final amount depends on the surface area, the property's capacity, its equipment level and the time needed to restore it
- Hourly rate, not a flat fee
Laundry
- Double bed — €15 excl. tax
- Single bed — €7 excl. tax
- Includes collection, washing, drying, ironing, folding, packaging and delivery
Listing creation
- Full listing creation — from €120 excl. tax
- Listing setup, copywriting, information structuring, initial configuration and publication
- Standalone service, not included in any pack
Check-in & check-out
- Key handover / return — from €20 excl. tax
- Check-in + check-out pack — from €35 excl. tax
